Bard’s Nest, this beautiful, stylish one bedroom holiday-let apartment (2nd Floor), is located in the heart of Stratford upon Avon, with 1 complimentary allocated parking (on the premises), it is about 3 minutes’ walk to Shakespeare’s Birthplace, 8 minutes to Stratford railway station and the Royal Shakespeare Company.

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), Bard’s Nest implements enhanced cleaning procedures, doing all we can for guest’s health and well-being. We clean & disinfect room inventory items, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs. Extra cleaning supplies are available as well, for guests to look after their personal health.

Bard’s Nest holiday-let apartment is tastefully decorated with modern and quality touches throughout. It features a spacious sitting room, dining area, an open kitchen, a bright / airy bedroom and a modern bathroom. It caters for solo traveller, couple or a small family of four.

The bedroom features the super comfortable double bed and sprung mattress, luxury bed linen and towels, helping you with a relaxing and restorative sleep. Two large wardrobes offer you ample storage space. 

The kitchen is well equipped with hob, extractor fan, oven/grill,  microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, pan, steamer, crockery and cutlery washer/dryer and other cooking basics. A four seated dining table is situated in the spacious dining area. 

The sitting room is fitted with  a large 4 seater sofa, a 48″ Smart TV offering NETFLIX service & Free view channels, and a DVD player. The 70MB Wifi allows you to enjoy speedy online surfing. The large sofa can be converted to a double bed for up to two children. 

The modern bathroom offers walk-in shower, heated towel rail, towels, shower gel, shampoo conditioner and quality toiletries. 

Bard’s Nest holiday-let apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the residential building.

Parking:  complimentary 1 allocated parking at the property, in secured compound.

HOUSE RULES:

SMOKING is STRICTLY prohibited in the flat and the common areas with force of law.

Not suitable for pets. 

Please consider the neighbours and do not make noise after 11pm and before 7am.

Please do not bring other overnight visitors.

Unreturned or lost car park fob will be charged a £60 replacement fee. 

Unreturned items such as towels, kitchenware will be compensated from security deposit.

 If ONLY two guests but STILL need the SOFA BED, please TICK the CHOOSE ADDITIONAL SERVICE box when booking, there is an additional £10 charge.

Please leave the apartment as clean and tidy as you can.

Please make sure the door is locked when leaving the flat.

You can easily walk to most attractions in town from Bard’s Nest holiday-let apartment. The double deck sightseeing bus (operating between Apr. – Nov.) station is 2 minutes’ walk away and will give you a round tour of Stratford upon Avon.

Bard’s Nest is about 20 mins drive to  the historic Warwick Castle, 30 minutes drive to the picturesque Cotswolds area.
